Studio J Creations

I’ve been working on scrapping our Disney trip last summer!  After getting my pictures printed (this seems like my biggest block sometimes!!), I decided that a mixture of medias will be happening in my album, traditional scrapbooking pages mixed with Picture My Life (available from CTMH Feb 1!!), and Studio J layouts.

STUDIO J LAYOUTS

For this post, I am focusing on the first two Studio J layouts.

Creating a layout in Studio J is soooo easy!!!

  1. You create an account,
  2. upload your pictures,
  3. pick your paper pack,
  4. your layout,
  5. drag and drop your pics,
  6. add any embellishments you want,
  7. color the auto ones that are already on the layout,
  8. and add your title and journaling!

First, the Garden Grill at Epcot.  We met Mickey, Chip and Dale.  We had amazing food and well, it was awesome! 🙂

Up next is the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom.  Here, we met characters from the 100 acre woods.  Tigger, Eyeore, and Piglet.  🙂  This was a buffet, the food was ok, meeting TIGGER was the real reason for eating here!!! 😀 😀

If you would like to try your hand at Studio J, there is NO FEE to create the layout – the fee comes when you are ready to print and have them mailed to you.  Layouts are $6.95 per double paged layout.  For that cost, you get the layout and the jpg files.  You have to create 4 double paged layouts before you can print and mail.  But, it’s not hard to do once you are in there and creating!!!

Ariana 2-page Scrapbook layout

Hello!!!  As I’ve been telling you, the new catalog goes LIVE on Feb 1, just four short days away!!!! 😀 😀

I have been playing with one of the new WORK SHOPS ON THE GO, Ariana.  It is very feminine and kind of earthy to me.

Here is a picture of what is included in the Ariana Workshop on the Go:

Ariana Workshop On the Go

Ariana Workshop On the Go

Included in the Workshop On The Go are:

Workshops on the Go™ Ariana Scrapbooking Kit Contents
Ariana Paper Packet
My Acrylix™ Ariana Workshop Stamp Set (D-size)
4 White Daisy Cardstock Sheets
Ariana Assortment  (these are the bows!)
Black & Grey Epoxy Bubbles
Instructional Brochure

TO MAKE MY LAYOUT

The suggested layouts in the workshop on the go kit didn’t strike me as being “complete”, so I set out to change it to my own flavor.  The primary colors I used are Olive, Sorbet, Crystal Blue, and Denim Blue and White Daisy.  I used layout 8 from Make It From Your Heart (Volume 1).  I also used the CTMH Cricut Artbooking cartridge for the lattice and the vine.  The stamps are all from the workshop on the go kit as is the bling and the bow!

To make the flowers on the lattice, I used the little 3 flower with a ribbon stamp from the WSOTG stamp set and stamped it four times in a circle.  I think they kind of look like bachelor button flowers!  What do you think?
